The 14-day ratification period
No permanent decisions are made in a single afternoon. A 14-day ratification period follows the workshop — ending 14 May 2026.
Consent given on the day but not ratified at Day 14 is treated as “not yet” rather than “yes”. Further extension is available if needed.
